About our Program:

The group Hugh S. Smith, Ph.D. & Associates, was created in 1998 to meet the growing demand for excellence in psychological services. The primary focus of our group involves psychological testing and assessment services.  Presently comprised of a clinical staff of 16 licensed psychologists, psychological associates and therapists, Hugh S. Smith, Ph.D. & Associates, P.C. has become a respected name in the communities we serve. Our reach is constantly expanding due to the emphasis placed on delivering thorough, data-driven, integrative reports in a timely manner. Based in scenic Lancaster County, we currently serve 26 counties in the Commonwealth. We pride ourselves in our emphasis on collaboration with client, family members and treatment team in a strength-based approach to intervention.
